We were very pleased with our entire experience, from parking, the very short wait time for pickup, the courteous and helpful driver and then similar experience upon our return. The app works great and makes everything work smoothly. We will definitely plan to use The Parking Spot for our next trip unless the price is too high to justify it.

I had never used long term parking and was anxious about it. They were right there, no waiting for them to show up. They also showed up promptly at the airport! They lifted my luggage for me which was an unexpected surprise. Definitely recommend them.

There were shuttles consistently. Didn't have to wait long. I like having water available when we leave.

Everything is usually great but the last time my husband walked from the parking lot to the airport. He arrived just before 4:30. He and another family with small children waited for more than 15 mins. By the time he left to walk to the airport there were about 15 people standing there to catch a ride. The buses would always start in the same spot so by the time it got to them they were always full.
