This was my first time to ever use a service like this. You came highly recommended. It was easy to pay ahead and scan our code to exit. Your employee directed us to a spot. The shuttle drivers were excellent, so nice. I'll use again.

The driver who picked us up upon our return (her name escapes me), but she was a very pleasant, entertaining, and welcoming older African American lady. The decision to hire her was the right decision. I fly often and generally use the Parking Spot East. However, based on my experience with this driver, Parking Spot 3 is my new choice!

The Parking Spot 3 is my favorite parking spot. This is the only place I will park at. I use the covered parking, and I like it very much. The shuttles are also there within a short amount of time. The drivers are always so helpful. I have no problem getting in & out. I get parking rewards which is a big plus. Everything is great! I will continue parking there and will recommend The Parking Spot 3--I already have. Overall, I really like the parking service at the Parking Spot 3!!

Everything went very smoothly from parking on the morning we flew out to pick up after our plan returned and landed. The driver was amazing both times. Polite and professional, he even stopped a guest from accidently removing our luggage off the shuttle instead of theirs by telling him it was his job to hand the luggage down. This would have been bad otherwise as we were flying out different terminals. A+++ job to all staff on this trip. Thank you

it is a very quick and easy way to drop off and pick up our vehicle and get to the airport when we travel.

We've used Parking Spot (lot 3) several times and each time has been a positive experience. You never wait long for shuttles going to and from the airport. This last time, I walked out the airport door, a shuttle was there, I hopped on and was to my car in five minutes. The shuttle pulled right up to my spot. It was fantastic. Drivers are always friendly. Highly recommend.
