Gabby goes above and beyond :)! Not only did she show me the product I needed for my grandson’s bike, she explained and demonstrated the bike light! Then got it ready for him to install it! :) I appreciate her friendliness, knowledge and experience!

Lee worked with Gabby to get our new bikes. I bought my marlin 5 line, then brought my 11 year old daughter and got a dual sport. Fantastic help, super thoughtful And really made My daughter feel special. We got everything we needed, no pressure, everything was set up Perfectly, from test rides, to install to holding our bikes until we could get them home. I would send everyone to this location for bikes!

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Trek service center in St. Peters. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly service manager who was not only polite but also genuinely eager to assist me. I had a few questions about my bike and some issues that needed fixing, and the manager patiently addressed each concern with clear, informative answers. It was evident that she was knowledgeable and passionate about biking. The atmosphere in the store was welcoming and made me feel confident that my bike would be in good hands. Overall, the level of service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling satisfied and ready to hit the trails again.
