She was timly in answering our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. Her detailed knowledge of the Ypsi/AA area was readily apparent and I was throughly impressed by her professionalism. I particularly liked how she didnt try to "sell" each home that we visited, but rather pointed out what to look for so we could make the best decision for ourselves. Her tips on making better offers in a competitive market were also very helpfull. I could go on, but in short she will be our first call should we be on the market again and I would strongly reccomend her to family and friends.
