I’ve always trusted the trek brand, I personally am a Giant bike fan but since my kids have had Trek bikes we are turning into a trek bike family. I also like the professionalism and the knowledge of the employees at stadium Bike.

Have had trek bikes for >40 years. Josh was extremely helpful in finding and procuring the specific bike I was looking for. He also spent time with me explaining the features and making necessary adjustments. Cooper was very friendly and customer service focused. Overall an easy, thorough and pleasant experience. One negative to call out - when I called to see if my bike was ready 3 days after paying for it, Tyler indicated they were very busy and he wasn’t going to make any promises because Friday and Saturday were their busiest days. I was a little irritated that someone who had paid for the product days ago was going to wait in line to be able to get it because other shoppers who may or may not buy anything took priority.
