I went in looking for a plate shoes for the clips which were not in stock at the Bellevue location. The tech referred me to the sheboygan store. Most importantly he was VERY helpful in answering questions concerning my new trek domane in spite of the fact that it was purchased at another outlet. It forced me to make another purveyors that I had not planned but will need down the road to help support. Either way it turned out as a win-win. Thank you. [NAME REMOVED]
