Excellent experience selecting a carbon fiber bike, accessories and the newly released Thule Outpost 2-bike rack. Randy was very helpful in explaining the different products available, which provided me with enough information to make a great selection. His low key approach and dry sense of humor made this entire experience a delight. Leah, who works on the repair side is very good at her craft and went above and beyond in fielding a call when i was at home and couldn't figure out how to remove the rack. This entire experience speaks volumes of the integrity and expertise of Randy and his team. I've been to a few other bike stores in the NE region, and am confident Stadium Bike leads the way in customer service.
