The staff is friendly, the delivery truck is always on time, and I'd have never thought that a commodity like LP gas would vary in cost as much as it does. As it turned out, that wasn't even the problem. I switched to Stallings several years back and have actually saved money. I won't call out the previous LP service that I used by name, but their staff was rude, and I had to read the tank every single day to finally realize that there was something shady going on. If the tank was at 20%, that would be 40 gallons, so you can't fit more than 160 in there. The math never worked out with the previous company, and their "keep fill" policy was BS. They were keeping someone else's tank full on my dime. With Stallings, I don't have to read the tank every single day, all winter long. I read it once a week now, and don't worry much about the math, since I've saved around 30% consistently since I switched companies. People need to really pay attention to how this stuff works if you heat your home with LP gas. If you have to read your tank every single day for a solid month when it's 30 degrees outside, just do it, so you'll know what's up. Shady business practices is a real thing. AND, with Stallings, I'm not bound to a ridiculous "keep fill" policy. I prepay for LP now, and out of 7 local companies that I contacted before I switched, Stallings was the only one who would allow that and use a "will-call" account. If you don't know that a "will-call" account is a real thing, somebody's lying to you.
