Although I questioned the service being done with so much snow on the ground, I was assured (via email) that the service (or portion ) could be done. When the team member arrived, he respectfully made his presence known. He also assured me that the balance of application would be fine in a few weeks, once snow had melted, and that if I am not satisfied then they would return to really. Wonderful customer service.
