I love the fact that you get to know your families and the fantastic care you take of our loved ones. I have not worried about Mom since the day we arrived. I immediately felt that everyone was there to take care of her. I love the fact that you ask questions to determine how you can best meet the needs of your patients. I know Mom has felt surrounded by love and care. Of course, we felt some trepidation about having to place her in a treatment/rehab place but you all were wonderful to make us feel like she is in the right place! Thanks to all of you!
My mom has been there 2 years she has for the most part had great care. If I have concerns they are taken care of. Mom is very happy there and the workers love mom and treat her very well. Thank you so much for loving her.
The fact that you care. You put the Patient first. You let the family know what is going on. I know getting him in the facility was not easy, but you continued working on it and was able to get him there as you promised. His total attitude changed within the first few hours he was there. He knew that he was safe, was going to get help in the facility. He wasn’t even scared.
Everyone is friendly and attentive or as much as they can be. They need more CNA’S. The girls and guys here do the best they can but you’re pushing them to their limit. They can only be in 1 place at a time. It’s not only not fair to them but it’s not fair to the residents either. But I will say, all in all, this is by far one of the best around.
