The technician knocks on my door to let me know she's at my home asking if there's any inside problems . What she is going to do on the outside. She also lets me know when she is all finished which I greatly appreciate. A lot of times different services will come and I don't even know that they've been there. So it's nice to know that they acknowledge me as a customer and being told what is being done.
We have been using this service for many years. It was Apex and now Stark. No change in quality or efficiency. Our tech, Kirby, informs us a day before his arrival. We are bug free, well maybe a sneaky, very small ant gets in. But not for long!
