We have had termite prevention with (Arrow) Stark since we bought our house in June 1981. We can say we have never had a problem. Years later we changed our house pest control to (Arrow) Stark, after trying a few other local companies. We were not told when we had the house built that Arrow also did pest control in the house. We would have signed up with them for the house too. We also bought a condo in Gainesville in 2008 for college for our daughter. Recently my daughter turned it into an Air BNB and changed the pest control to the same company she uses for her personal and rental home. Long story short, I would not have stayed with them if they did not do a great job, and stood behind their work!

The Stark technician texts us the night before to say he/she will be servicing our residence the next day. They do excellent job of checking and spraying everything. On arrival, they always ask if we have spotted any areas of concern. They are courteous, quick and efficient.
