Mr. Ashworth explained everything he was going to do to keep critters and termites out of the house. He even checked the attic. Several have not checked the attic because the car was in the garage. I always volunteered to move the car and they would tell me no it's okay. Mr. Ashworth was very polite and he is an excellent representative for Stark. Thank you, [NAME REMOVED]

The services I have (termite and pest control) are performed very regularly with reminders from the company when due and appointments made via email or phone at my preference. I very rarely see any insects though my house is an old one that's not well sealed, and if I do see one it is already dying. Stark technicians are knowledgeable, prompt, kind and helpful, and the one time I had a small problem with termite tunnels in the only wooden carport post that is set into the soil, it was dealt with immediately and effectively with no reoccurrence.
