Stark has some of the best service technicians around. They are super friendly and respectful. My family feels very safe when they show up to perform the services. They always call ahead when they are coming by. Since we have been using Stark we have less insects/bugs inside and outside the house.

Everyone is very professional and they show up on-time for all appointments. Vehicles are well marked and employees where uniforms so you know they are not strangers knocking on your door or walking around your yard. Billing is very easy and efficient.

Each person I have had contact with at Stark has been so personable and helpful. We have used their services for close to 2 years and we will not be changing to any other company. Brad, our technician, is just the best. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products they use and how to use them. I like very much that they don’t have to treat inside the house. I thought it odd when they first came out to treat for ants in our house and Brad wanted to treat outside but not inside (unless I insisted). But, of course, Brad was right and the outside treatment was all that was needed! Love that the treatments stay outside and so do the bugs!
