The person who greeted us was very kind and talked to us about our dog with genuine care (my dog has cancer and recently had a leg amputated). Plus the person working gave my dog a treat, which my pup loved.

I just love this pet store; I get all my dog food and supplies from here. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful and they have a vast array of products. The dog foods are the very best quality available. I feel so fortunate to have this unparalleled brick-and-mortar shop within walking distance of my flat. I won’t shop anywhere else for my dogs’ needs.

it's a great neighborhood store. Great selection of food and specialty items. Prices on regular items like toys, poop bags, etc. are kind of high, so I get those things elsewhere.

Christina is fantastic!!! Best groomer in town hands down. She knows how to groom our little guy perfectly. She was the only one who could handle our other dog without her being too fussy and was so kind when we had told her our old girl passed. 100/10 Christina is the only reason I’ll continue going to Kriser’s. The front desk person that’s usually there is really nice too (his name I can’t recall). Can’t say the same for everyone else I’ve come across there.
