Everyone we have worked with at Ski and Bike Kare has been extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We have purchased bikes, skis, and all sorts of equipment and have never been disappointed. They also have a great service department for both skis and bikes and get your stuff back to you in a very timely manner. You cannot go wrong with this store!

Intermittent and repetitive 2-3 sec loss of power assist on my Wife's Liv embolden was correctly diagnosed by Willy to be from brake caked speed sensor (her speed sensor is remarkably very close to brake caliper). Received the bike back in two days and w/ good communication by staff. Thanks.

These guys are truly awesome. Great service, attention to detail. I spent hours online trying to find the right part for my trek e-bike. These guys found the right part (from Bosch), ordered it and installed it to perfection. It seems personal, professional service is a lost art and these folks do it right!
