Susan was informative and very helpful with educating me on what the bike needed to be working the best it could be. My husband rode his bike and noted that it felt like it was brand new. Quick turn around and very professional through drop off until pick up.

I can not truly express how incredible I found the service at Steiner's. They went far above and beyond anything I ever expect. I came in with the unusual request for an e-bike that could fit 2 small dog carriers. They not only searched for options in their own inventory but in items they don't even carry. When I arrived to pick up my bike I found out it wouldn't fit on my car rack. One salesperson helped me assemble a second rack I had in my car. At one point, 3 of them were in the parking lot making sure my bike was as secure as it possibly could be. I feel like I owe them all at least donuts and coffee.
Your staff really knows the merchandise and participates in the sports, and they are able to give really great advice. I also feel like they never try to upsell so as a result, I likely buy more. Also, when there is an issue, they address that issue. I really trust the advice that your staff gives because it comes from people who really know and love the sports and really listen.

I came in for an emergency shifting cable fix. Master Mechanic Jay took care of it while I went to lunch. Quick turnaround. Wonderful service, a nice person to cross paths with!
