I came to the shop very close to closing time to pick up my mountain bike which I had dropped off for repairs and service. I was eager to get the bike so that I could ride the next day. The staff was extremely helpful, assisting me remove the front wheel (I hadn't brought a tool) and protect my brakes so that we could fit the bike into the back of my car. I really appreciate the staff taking the extra time to help out a customer.

Staff is well informed and will investigate if they do not have the answer. Courteous and helpful with suggestions. Quality of work is good and good turn around time on tuneups, repairs etc.

In my experience, all of the Steiner’s staff are always incredibly good at problem solving and have the most professional and friendly approach to their customers…I so appreciate their skill and expertise!
