The products are great but it’s the personnel that sets it apart. Every time I go in one of the Steiner’s experts are not just helpful, but kind too. Additionally, I brought my bike in for a small repair (a last minute issue I had that shouldn’t have been last minute) and they took care of me right away.

Very friendly staff. I called with an issue on an existing bike and they were great on the phone. I was able to drop off the bike the same day and it was ready in less than 24 hours. Amazing! When picking up the bike staff were again very friendly. Great customer service and would recommend to anyone and would gladly visit again for any bike needs.
