I like that the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Really loving my new FX 4. The handlebar stem they put on has made all the difference with my fit. No more neck pain. Thanks so much!!!

The ski rental program is the best I have ever come across.
For 18 years I was the advisor to the Columbia High Ski Club in E Greenbush, NY. I not only equipped my own family of four with MANY items from Steiner's, primarily dealing with Dave the last 4 decades, but most recently with Jay. We purchased ski equipment, both downhill and XC, clothing, snowboarding equipment and clothing, bags in which to carry our stuff, ski wax, tune-ups, and even rentals. We purchased a bicycle for our son there as well.
Everyone has always treated me so well that I suggested to my Ski Club members that they consider Steiner's in Valatie for any equipment or clothing needs they might have. Over the years, I have sent more than dozens of customers your way. I will always be loyal to Steiner's.
I admire how you LISTEN to me and my needs and make adjustments when they are deemed necessary. Many years ago I brought my family of 4 ski equipment into Valatie for a tune-up, waxing, etc. I trusted that all was performed well. However, when the 4 of us arrived at Jiminy Peak where we've held a Season's pass for decades, none of us could successfully handle and negotiate the mountain! I knew something was wrong with our equipment immediately! It turns out that the technician never de-tuned the tips and the tails of the skis! I didn't know how important this was. Needless to say, that ski outing was ruined, but I brought all 4 sets of equipment to Steiner's and they rectified the situation for no charge, of course. Even though this was many years ago, I believe they gave me a gift card for my challenges and troubles and their oversight.
Most recently Jay was wonderful to me in recognizing that the ski equipment we rented for the season for my husband was barely touched. He authorized an adjustment to the charges we had pre-paid. That was beyond kind of him to have the empathy to understand the situation we were presented with and could not have anticipated would have occurred.
I am a loyal Steiner's fan and it was a pleasure for me to write this. Please forgive me if I can't recall the names of many other Steiner associates who have assisted me over the years, but, in my opinion, Steiner's seems to have an ability to hire only the best employees who are there to serve us.

I brought my bike to be serviced and Steiner's did exactly as I requested, at the price I was quoted, and it was ready on the day it was promised. The man who serviced my bike (Jason, I believe) was attentive to my questions and made additional adjustments to my bike that I requested.
I purchased the bike at Steiner's and am delighted with the bike, and with the service!
