Service was excellent from start to finish, and I’m very happy with the work that was done on my bike. The staff were friendly, communicative, and made sure everything was adjusted and tuned so the bike now feels “like new.” Turnaround time was quick, they clearly know what they’re doing, and they took the time to explain what they had done and answer questions in a straightforward way. That said, component prices feel a bit on the high side – for example, 20 dollars for brake pads is pretty steep compared to what I’m used to – but the quality of the service itself was outstanding and I’d still recommend them overall.
