Our experience at Step‑by‑Step Montessori – Edina has been nothing short of incredible. Both of my boys are deeply cared for and have absolutely thrived here—academically, socially, and emotionally. What I appreciate most is the consistent, calm, and respectful environment. The outdoor time is such a gift and clearly prioritized, which has made a huge difference for my children. Ms. Beth has a truly special way of treating every child as if they were her own. I genuinely look forward to her updates and feedback—they are thoughtful, reassuring, and meaningful. Ms. Anna is incredibly patient and speaks to the children with such kindness and intention; her presence brings so much warmth to the classroom. Especially her singing 😊 The entire staff supports one another, and it shows. This is a beautiful, diverse community of highly educated, dedicated teachers who truly embody the Montessori philosophy. We feel so lucky to be part of this school and cannot recommend it enough. ❤️

My children are truly learning with hands on Montessori approaches and I can see impact of this type of learning at home as well. They care about their environment and already excelling in academics. Their grace and courtesy has been fun to watch between the two of them at home as well. The entire staff has a passion for the Montessori approach. We know caring for children all day everyday is not easy, so we are thankful for the caring and patient teachers.

The teachers are the very best, they care so much and go above and beyond! The school leadership has improved greatly under Stacey, and with giving that role more support with an assistant. Our children love going to school and have blossomed there year after year.
