Husband and Wife Real Estate Team, Matt and Stephanie Filer are so special! Down to earth real estate agents who give their clients their full attention. They are kind. Profession but not pretentious. Honest. Caring. They do their homework in their business of real estate, and they go to battle on behalf of their clients. They are super people; conscientious, humble, intelligent, dependable, hard working. Thank you Real Estate One and The Filer Team for taking care of me so well in the sale of my house.

We purchased our home last year in the height of the housing market. It was a multiple offer situation. With Matt and Stephanie"s out-of-the-box ideas in writing the offer, our offer was chosen without costing us additional money! Both of them were extra accommodating through the whole process. My husband and I have purchased several properties through the years and we were very impressed with Matt and Stephanie.
