Steve was a breath of fresh air to deal with. He's exceptionally knowledgeable on pricing, trends, the housing market and has a relaxed demeanor through it all. The whole process was effortless with Steve helping us get to the finish line. Any and all of our questions were answered expediently and he was always looking out for our best interest.
