I guess we’ll see. We had a cartridge exchange for 3 years and it wasn’t working for us at all. The only good thing about it was meeting technician Matt. Matt suggested another type of set up with a small salt tank and he just set it up. Hopefully a better fit for us. Matt is wonderful. Only stayed with Culligan because of him.
I have very hard water here at my residence - it actually turns orange straight out of the tap when untreated. I've had Culligan service since I moved in here in 1994. Recently I had a situation where my water wasn't doing well, even after I installed a new water heater. I called Culligan for assistance, and the person on the other end of the phone scheduled me for an inspection. In the end the water softener equipment was replaced, and now the water here at my house is once again superb.

These are the kind of people you want to hire to represent your company - both are excellent at what they do. Thanks to them, my water problem was handled exceptionally well, and I am a satisfied customer.
