The delivery guys are always so nice & friendly. We love the convenience of the bubbler. The only negative is the monthly rental never ends. It would be nice if the monthly rental amount could be applied to equipment so eventually we could own it.

Good salt products but the real special part of Culligan are the people I work with from staff that answer phones to the guys that deliver salt. All are so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. And always follow up if needed

We just had the RO installed so we can’t rate the system just yet. The installer Matt was great. Communicated what he was doing, how it worked, suggestions etc. what we really appreciated also, was the call we got from the office saying Matt would be a bit late, then Matt texting when he would be here. That type of thoughtfulness goes a long way. I also want to mention that David S, the consultant, was great too. David was just like Matt with communication, professionalism, etc. very good team…..thank you.
