First, Matt, the individual who did our installation of our Big Blue Filter (well, actually black) was an amazing representative for your company. He was extremely courteous and thorough in completing the installation of our filter. Secondly, we were happy about how the product was installed and the steps taken to ensure our product would last for us, including mounting it to the wall for stability. Finally, we were happy with how Matt showed us how to change the filter and walked both my husband and I through the process.
