Tim was prompt and arrived within the 9-11am timeframe given for water softener install. He was kind, professional and informative. I like the straightforward nature of Timm is a real boon. He got right to work, tested the water to make sure there was nothing wring with the filter itself, then he reset the indicator and everything was in good working order. It was a quick in and out and gave me peace of mind. That is kind of service I truly like. he was still friendly while still working fast, no complaints at all.

The softener that Culligan (Sterling) specified, installed, and has serviced since, has done a bang up job conditioning our water -- which before Culligan was highly problematic for others to do. They have been super responsive whenever we have had a need or question about anything. Top notch in my book!

Tim R. was VERY patient with my many questions. My existing unit was thoroughly explained to me in a way I could understand. I feel confident that I am making the right decisions with recommendations. Services and fees were explained. Tim took his time. He cleaned up the very small amount of water resulting from testing (I have some leak repairs needed). Sterling is always polite. Thanks!
