Consummate professional, excellent communication and guidance. He made a tricky transaction much easier and went to bat for us when things were getting difficult with the seller. He offered candid, honest advice that was very wise. 10/10 recommend!

Steve was absolutely incredible. He offered many insights and is extremely professional. He is extremely responsive to calls, texts, emails, and was always on time for showings. Before during and after the buying process he was extremely helpful, telling me what to look out for, red flags etc and kept me informed after putting in offers. He is very knowledgeable about the current market trends and what buyers need to do in this tough market. Steve is a 'by the book' kind of guy which makes him great to work with. I am extremely picky and Steve was patient through dozens of showings but still treated each successive showing with importance. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Steve was amazing to work with, I've gone through the process of buying and selling before but this was without a doubt the smoothest purchase and we're almost sad that it's over. While we know we weren't his only clients he still made us feel like we were number one, always answering our questions and making himself available. We had not yet chosen a realtor when we first met Steve. We made an appointment ourselves to see a home, and he was there to meet us. Right away he made an impression on us, and we connected. He was attentive, communicative, realistic, and optimistic. He was also very pleasant, not pushy, and didn't rush us. Looking for a home during these market conditions was stressful, and honestly, there was a time when I felt completely defeated and unmotivated. Steve remained positive and supportive throughout the entirety of the process, proving that we were in good hands. It was such a pleasure meeting and working with Steve. Overall, the process actually went by quite quickly and though we were elated to have found our home, we were a bit sad that we'd no longer get to chat with Steve during tours. If/when the opportunity presents itself, we would 100% work with Steve again, and also recommend him.
