Steve was very personable, always available no matter the time of day, and conducts business with an appropriate sense of humor. I would trust Steve with any matter that has to do with housing. Steve was awesome! He worked with us to achieve our price point, was quick with updates and always available to talk. Steve was able to get the buyer to come up on the offer price without us having to make a formal counteroffer and as a result we closed the deal at our asking price. He was also able to work through the inspection and closing process successfully and with no friction. Thanks Steve! We would highly recommend you and definitely use you for our next real estate transaction.

Steve is very knowledgeable about all things in the real estate field. He seems to be able to read the current market conditions in a timely manner and advise with this in mind. He neither paints a rosy picture or preach the sky is falling. His interaction with potential buyers seems to be as astute as possible with each potential buyer and differs with each. It is hard to qualify in words but I trust him and I do not think I am naive as a person. All the paper work seemed to flow smoothly and came as quickly as possible so that a revue of documents was possible before action had to be taken. I would use his services again and I will recommend him whenever possible. The staff at Real Estate One seemed to support him in a timely manner. They were also very pleasant at all times.
