Your customer rep showed us what would be done to install your product and gave us all the info we needed to make an informed decision on choosing your product. The installer not only made sure our requests were properly handled but made other beneficial changes to our water system at no additional cost to us. After less than one week, we are enjoying much improved water taste as well as clear ice cubes. Other items that use water such as coffee are tasting much better than prior to the installation.

I like the quality of the products and the quality of the people! Both the service staff and the office staff have always been fantastic. My first encounter with Culligan was with a service representative named Martin. He went so above in beyond when he was out to repair my water softener that I have been hooked on Culligan ever since!
We have always used Culligan, we like the taste of the water and as for the service we were very Happy with Steve and I liked that we could count on him...although he is not delivering for us, the new guy seems okay and has become more friendly and chatty. I really like service with a smile as I feel everyone should be personable when dealing with the public and customers.
Well, we've only had the softener for about 2 months. I liked the friendly service at the office when we signed up and the fast and efficient service of the man who delivered and installed the softener. So far, the softener seems to be working well.
