I like the convenience of prepaying. My delivery gentlemen have both been excellent and very polite. I have never had a problem with Culligan at all.
I appreciate Culligan sending emails and reminder phone calls. Life tends to get ahead of us sometimes, but I put the bottles out as soon as I hear from Culligan. I like to be able to email if there is a problem.
Out of all the companies we have dealt with over the years, this has got to be one of our favorites. Its effortless. Customer Service always seems to be top on their list of priorities. Everyone we have spoken to, or dealt with, has gone out of their way to oblige. Would I recommend them? Without question.
