Service is great deliveries rate, and even loads of my machine they own the drawback is I don’t have something most of the time to load my machine for my second bottle which I wish you guys could set up something. Thank you and don’t change the **** thing because you’re good.

I really like the professional explanation of how the system works. Our personal use was taken into consideration when putting a plan together. The salesman took my ideas into consideration and relayed them to the installer accurately. The system works great. Also notable that there was a less than perfect component to our system that the installer relayed to the office and they reached out to me right away to arrange for a second visit to proactively replace it.

In the over 10 years that we have had services via Culligan, I have been very impressed. Deliveries are timely, customer service is above and beyond, and everyone is exceptionally friendly. For example - any time that there has been an issue with any of the coolers, they are quick to replace them - a service that continues to impress me! I have nothing but good things to say, and would 100% recommend them to anyone, business or personal.
