The products are amazing, they do what I was told they’ll do. Our water has never been better. As for the services, the installer Alex is next level professional, helpful, and knowledgeable! The only issue’s I’ve had is we have a defective r/o pump that we’re waiting on and a Purge part we’re also waiting on.
