I like that you have very early and late hours and that you offer a variety of equipment. What I don’t like is that in tanning booth 2, most all of the bulbs are burned out and it doesn’t seem like anyone’s real concerned about getting them replaced. It’s truly a waste of time to even tan in that booth because it is obvious that it is not working properly by the results, or lack of.
99% of the time the staff is great and friendly. I would have said a 10, but here we are. Unfortunately, today a person was rude to me twice. First when I came in, then when I informed her there were 18 bulbs out in the tanning booth I had just used. She informed me rudely "we know and there's nothing we can do about it". Why am I paying for the Black membership? The bulbs are an ongoing issue time and time again. It's ridiculous. FIX YOUR EQUIPMENT 😡
The gym has all the equipment I need, it's really clean and I like having access to the massage chairs with my black card membership.
I do wish the temperature was cooler within the facility, especially in the Express and Stretching areas. There's so little airflow in those sections.
