My facial, back facial and lash lift with Louise was amazing and I felt so pampered! I also loved all the helpers in the hair salon area who did my hand massage, relaxation moment and hair wash. They were timid as you could tell they were young and new, but were so courteous and friendly, it really made my day. My haircut was good and Kiara was up for my challenge to do whatever with my hair and it came out ok. She did seem distracted since she was doing both my hair and another person’s at the same time. My least favorite part of my full spa day was the mani/pedi with Abby simply because I ended up needing a couple nails redone before I even left because of bubbles and poor coverage and my cuticles were never touched or addressed at all which is what I really needed since I don’t know how to do them myself. She was extremely sweet and kind but appeared to not really care about the finished product. I redid my nails at home. The ladies at the desk both in the skincare building and in the hair and nail salon were friendly too. Overall I would definitely recommend this salon and spa!

This was my first time at Stonewater, and I was very pleased with my experience! The environment was relaxing, and the massage was exactly what I wanted. I also enjoyed the 10 min foot soak to help unwind before the massage. I will definitely book services in the future!

Daya is amazing. Her massage technique makes for the most relaxing pedicure! The salon itself is calm and serene. I don’t get to get there often, but it’s always a wonderful experience.

Lainey B was fantastic!! I've never been so relaxed at a massage that I fell asleep, but I was knocked out during my 90-mimute swedish massage with Lainey. I may have even snored a little. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Stonewater is my go-to spa anytime I feel like I need a massage.

Shannon was extremely professional and gave me a very good rundown of everything my massage would involve. She was open and communicative, which helped a lot since it was my first time getting a professional massage. She worked with me and gave me advice of some problem areas in my posture and muscles, which can help me going forward.

I've been here several times and always look forward to coming back. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and the spaces for preparing for and decelerating from the massage services are very comfortable and relaxing. The prices are also very reasonable and the location is convenient. I also find their online scheduling system user-friendly.
