We love Kriser’s! Cassie is the best and takes great care of Lucy every single time, and we love saying hello to Joel when booking and dropping Miss Lucy off. Really great people and they care about the pups. Lucy is excited to get groomed every time which tells me they’re kind even when I leave- very important! I’ve seen people leave reviews of dog groomers complaining about a cut etc etc. to that point I say this: it’s hair. It grows back. I’ve never had a bad experience although once Lucy was cut very short due to MY negligence that allowed her to get some mats because her hair was so long which wasn’t normal for her (we were trying something new). Lessons learned! Anyway, just saying. The way they treat the dogs is more important than all that. And hey, if your dog isn’t cute with any haircut, maybe you’re just being a little judgmental! Haven’t you ever had a bad hair day? Love this place. 10 outta 10!!!
