I went into the store on the 24th to get some treats for the dogs. The man working was exceptionally nice and helpful. I don’t recall his name. Also, my dog Jax has a lot of anxiety and gets scared around people, but he absolutely loves seeing Eugene for his spa day. I don’t know why, because I’m sure everything that Eugene has to do to get him so fresh and clean, Jax does not appreciate, but regardless, he’s always very happy to see him and allows Eugene to do what he needs to do which is shocking to me.

We've been getting our dogs groomed by Jordan for over a year now and always love how they look. They used to be scared to get groomed but are now so comfortable and happy to see Jordan!

I love the Streeterville location as it is very close to us. Great sales and coupons regularly keep us coming back. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Fanny requires express service, as she can't tolerate a cage. Kriser's is very accommodating. Most important, Jordon does a beautiful job. Fanny comes home sparkling!

Most store staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. However, there are one or two staff members who are extremely rude and passive aggressive with customers. Besides that the prices are actually cheaper and better quality that you can find at petsmart, Petco and even some items on chewy. Best place in my opinion to buy dog/cat food in the city.

I ordered 16 pouches of cat food and only got 8 when picked up. I was charged for all of them and now have to monitor my credit card and find refund. If it doesn’t appear I have to call them, again! I love the store but this is a hassle.
