Desiree's advice about hair is always spot on. She is very knowledgeable about products but is not someone who puts a hard push products or other services while she’s cutting my hair. Instead she focuses on a nice shoulder or scalp massage as a warmup to a pleasant haircut experience. What I really appreciate in Desiree is her diplomacy in dissuading me from some of my hair coloring ideas which, in hindsight, would have been awful.
