I love this technique for low impact high intensity exercise. The instructors are great- they are thoughtful and caring. Making sure form is correct and always asking for feedback. I only wish the highland park location had evening sessions.

These workouts are extremely hard and perfect for an exercise enthusiast! They were not for me, but I really appreciate the flexibility you gave me in dealing with my situation. Also, the instructors and staff were always very welcoming and even made me feel okay about being totally inept at the exercises. It's definitely something worth trying if you're looking for the next challenge in your workouts.
