Even though I have doing Lagree for 5 months, I still need cueing help. The reminders she gives and the manner in which she teaches is excellent.

I love this technique for low impact high intensity exercise. The instructors are great- they are thoughtful and caring. Making sure form is correct and always asking for feedback. I only wish the highland park location had evening sessions.
