I love how Lagree has made me so much stronger. Shout out to Danny, Mitchell, and Jill who are so amazing and make my muscles hurt for days (in the best way)
The facility was very clean and staff were friendly. The 2 young ladies that were working made us feel very welcome and we had so much fun and challenged. Highly recommend the class instructor as well as your facility!
Great workout, knowledgeable and kind instructors, new and clean machines and you don’t have to book weeks in advanced like some other gyms! Had a great experience.

Carly was awesome! This was mine and my friends’ first class and she was super attentive to us being new. She demoed moves and helped to adjust springs and correct form. She made for a very pleasant first Lagree class!
Work out is quite hard. I work out 2-3 times a week and am always the most sore after Studio Lagree classes. I notice that my core engagement has greatly improved after doing a few classes. Would really reccommend for a good, low impact full body workout.
A majority of your instructors are very experienced and are very adept at modifying exercises. I have a torn rotator cuff and most of the instructors have been very good about modifying when I ask or independently coming by and saying don’t do this one but gave me an alternative so I can still get a good workout.
There have been two instructors that have been less attentive or adept at modifications. But overall, your instructors are really good with a lot of experience and a very wide foundation of knowledge not only of exercises, but body mechanics as well.
Lastly, Kassandra is the gold standard for instructors. She does a fantastic job of regular cueing of proper form, reminding you about lifting from the core, can modify anything, and clearly has a very strong knowledge of body mechanics and musculature. She is truly an amazing instructor Lagree is very lucky to have her. I wish she taught more than just during the day but when I’m on summer break, I always take her classes.
