Absolutely phenomenal! I did the 9:20am Thursday Pilates class with Chris and could not feel more fulfilled! She is a fantastic instructor who is able to cater to the needs of each member of her class. Prior to my first class here, I was incredibly nervous given that it had been about 3 years since my last Pilates class. Chris immediately made me feel very comfortable in the studio and seamlessly integrated me and my needs into the class. By the end, I felt physically challenged and confident. I cannot wait to take another class!

I like the stress relief yoga class. Bani is a skilled instructor who creates a supportive atmosphere. I like that Studio Move is local, involving and supporting the community. It’s a lovely, peaceful environment. It’s not intimidating as the larger exercise places typically are.
Surroundings and the instructors. In particular Chris Brush who is knowledgeable,, helpful has amazing form and exudes professionalism. Her calm and structured demeanor relaxes her students no matter their level.
Desk staff are friendly and helpful. Fitness instructors offer modifications, are challenging and motivating. Tony's Functional Fitness class followed by his Core class on Friday morning is a great workout.
