I like the sugaring system of hair removal, the facility is clean and nice, the ease of appointment setting and the location, but some of the aestheticians could do a better job removing all the hair without me having to ask / double check. I'm not pleased when I come home to find hair they missed that I have to struggle to remove myself (reason for minus a point).

I personally don’t use the products. However, I what I do appreciate about the service is the consistency! I’ve had a membership here for about 2 years and have never been disappointed by a wax or tanning service I’ve received. Everyone is always so kind and I revive the same level of care each time.
