All the girls @ the second street location are amazing. They’re great with calming me, patience, skill, talking a guest through the experience, care, etc. the location itself is nice simple clean. I appreciate it! The pricing is perfect.

I love everything about S+B but these god forsaken surveys. How miserable is management that they require these? I remember my retail days and having to rely on these. Shame on S+B for harassing their customers this way. It completely cheapens the experience. Like I thought we were cool and you guys knew that because I maintain a membership. There’s nowhere else that I’m naked and vulnerable like I am at S+B and I don’t need a survey about it. The employees are amazing. I don’t understand how they maintain such positive attitudes working with all this micromanagement.

I like the tanning products but even more than that I keep coming back for the workers you have there! I absolutely keep making my appointments for Brittney and Sierra. They have helped me feel better when I've been down and do a fantastic job on my tan! I leave feeling like I'm doing physically and emotionally better. They are true assets to your company and do everything you can to keep them. They are gems, great at customer service and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and welcome! I'll keep coming to your facility for them

I was sprayed by Morgan and she was so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable! My tan looks beautiful, extremely natural and is as dark as I wanted. It didn’t feel sticky for very long after either, I was truly impressed
