Super clean and professional environment. Explained everything and answered questions. The instructions were detailed and there is a reason why. Trust the process. You will leave lookiing and feeling darker than expected but, if you follow the instructions, it ends up perfect and exactly like you expect. I loved the color and loved my "sprayer", Skylar. She was super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend.
