Customer service was excellent - my spray tan turned out amazing. I had gotten my appointment time mixed up and they were still able to fit me in. After it started raining during my spray tan, the staff was so helpful and made sure to walk me to my uber with an umbrella to make sure my tan stayed beautiful!

The studios are beautiful, clean and smell good. Team members always greet me with a smile. The sugar process is so much gentler and healthier than waxing. Seneca did an excellent job with my Brazilian. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. Keira (sp?) did my spray tan and was also wonderful. She was super nice, took the time to explain everything, make sure I was comfortable and did a great job in the tanning process.

The staff was highly knowledgeable, and the customer service was exceptional, making the entire visit very enjoyable. The staff were so incredibly welcoming and nice. The girl who did my tan (I think her name was Michelle) was so awesome. It was my first spray tan and she made me feel so comfortable and did such an incredible job!! 10/10 service and product!
