Friendly staff, convenient, easy to book, good price, good job done. I do think it’s sort of ridiculous the company charges for the disposable shower caps though. They are necessary and no one will ever bring something like that.

i love how clean, earthy tones, and minimalist the stores are. i have been to two different locations both were lovely but i do love the lower east side one better. very cute in there, love layout, love the giant mirrors and bench for me to put my stuff on. i love how luxurious it feels. Kayla was also amazing, thorough, friendly, and informative. she does an awesome job each time and i feel super comfortable with her!!
