I've been a member at Sugared and Bronzed for a while now since they opened in my building, and I am obsessed with the spray tan! I come religiously almost every week and love all of the staff that work there. I did want to give some constructive feedback regarding my recent experience there. I've been sprayed by almost all of the staff and haven't had any issues until my recent visit. I noticed that my spray tan was uneven once I got home and the left side of my arm was a lot darker than my right side. Additionally, there were white spots on my wrists that had no color that I didn't catch until I was in better lighting in my home. I'm not sure who sprayed me because I didn't get her name but did want to provide some feedback regarding my experience.

Midtown location has been my go-to location for over 2yrs !! Sugared + Bronze - Midtown doesn’t miss ! And while this has been my first bad experience, an unpleasant experience it was for me today indeed. 0/10 I booked a 8:20pm appointment and arrive about 5m early. I was told to have a seat & I obliged. At about 8:22pm, a young lady walks-in & she’s immediately directed towards a room for service. She follows directions and disappears into a room. At this time, I am now sitting alone in the lobby waiting around to hopefully be called for my appt. But no one appears; Not even for an acknowledgement of “tardiness” —ESPECIALLY after witnessing someone “take my appointment” right before my eyes… I simply went online, found another location, which was 25m north, booked the appointment & I got up n left to the Aventura location (remind you: I got up & left at the spot I arrived 5m early to, obliged to sit down and watched someone walk-in str8 into a room from outside for service ). So what was I?? Chopped liver w/ a membership ?? After I politely got up n left, I receive a phone call from Midtown location at about 8:35pm saying they were running behind and they could squeeze me in between 10-10:20pm 😒 Like go find somebody else to play with Midtown ! However, after 25m , I arrived at Sugared + Bronze - Aventura for great service ! Thank you Destiny! Word of Advice to Public Servants, Great customer service should be the only goal! Simply communicating would have changed my entire experience today at the Midtown location .

Chloe is amazing 10/10 service all the time , I drive 45 minutes just for her to tan me , I have been doing it with her for months now , she always makes sure to leave it looking perfect and extra dark just like I like it , love her and her work shes the best !!! :)))
