🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 excellent service, every time. Always super clean, no wait, and the team is so welcoming with the best energy. They really know their stuff, I always feel comfortable and trust their recommendations, especially with the tan.
Rachel at the Midtown location is amazing… I’ve had her a few times and she truly goes above and beyond.

Where do I begin? First I will say that I loved the atmosphere, the beach theme made the vibe very relaxing. I also loved how friendly the receptionists and wax specialist were as soon as I walked in. The environment and their customer service made me feel super relaxed. I also appreciated the wipes they offer you and the blanket to lay over you start to get ready for your wax. The actual service itself was wonderful- the wax specialist kept the conversation going while also checking in with me after waxing to make sure I was feeling ok. I also love how flexible the hours are. I did a walk in and was able to be seen right away on a late weekday evening. They close at 11pm. I don’t know any other wax services place like this in Miami but I’m glad they are here and I will be returning again and again.
