I treck my way up Murray Hill after total failure at Boreum Hill of which I plan to deal with at another place and time. The reception was really warm and inviting after voicing my situation the Manager stepped in and ensured I got an earlier service appointment with TY it was an amazing service with her. I say thank you to the entire team at Murray Hill for the level of professionalism..”Take a Bow” This will be my new service location.

I love the quality of the tan, the speed and efficiency with which I can squeeze it into my busy schedule. My only feedback was that my tan at Murray hill turned out lighter than I would have liked, I think because the sprayer sprayed less on me than my normal sprayer at another location. The sprayer at Murray hill was awesome though - I liked her demeanor a lot - and the quicker spray may have been because I was late for my appointment.

There’s a lot of availability which is great. Normally the service is great and quick and the ladies are lovely! I do have to mention that one lady named Harmony hurts, I had her twice and the 1st time she tweezed me after my Brazilian and she left me with wounds and the 2nd time she was very rough with removing the wax, it hurt a lot. I have been getting a Brazilian from S&B for over a year and have only been hurt by this lady. Everyone else is gentle and doesn’t hurt. I also didn’t like that she was the check out person as well so I wasn’t able to make a comment to a different person and I still tipped her over 20% because the suggested 18% is for the full price and not based off membership price.

Tyshawn is one of my favorite enesthicians at Sugar & Bronzed Murray Hill. She's efficient with her work and leaves me with a very satisfying result. Will be recommending this salon to all of my friends to visit for their sugaring and self-tanning needs.

The staff is amazing. I genuinely appreciated the check in process as they made it quick and efficient. The spray spa girl yesterday was most pleasant and sensitive as I expressed my concerns. Walked me thru the process took her time explaining everything. Only thing I took the package this time It’s my second time doing this but I think it’s a pricey package. One more very important thing is the spa is very clean and that is critical especially in the city.
