There is no waiting time upon arrival. The technicians or who ever is at the desk greet you politely and are very welcoming. The technicians explain everything even though you have been there before. Answer all questions and accommodate any concerns. I have only had excellent experience each and every tanning session. I also use the oil drops on my face and it really works. I totally recommend this product to extend the face tan. Customer service is important in any business which I value as a consumer. Sugar and Bronze staff get ten stars and go above snd beyond their call of duty on every level.
