It’s the epitome of a turnkey business. My experience at every location is the same and every location has a familiar arrangement and decor. I love knowing what to expect and it being consistently great! I'm always greeted upon arrival, my appointment is always on time, I’m always walked to my room, I am always asked if I know the routine, I’m always given a towelette and a few minutes to undressed before my sugar, my aesthetician always knocks before she reenters, my aesthetician always confirms I want all my hair removed which is the standard Brazilian, my aesthetician always talks to me and confirms I’m ok to distract me when she’s sugaring, then she always cleans me up, a puts after care on me, and reminds me of what not to do in the next 24 hours. Lastly, I’m given a few minutes to get dressed and when I leave the front desk confirms the gratuity and card on file are ok. I experience the same treatment at every location and I love it. The only news experience I recently had was I was given a mirror at the Pasadena location, which allowed me to check the finish service before I got dressed. That’s was a nice service add. Per usual, everything looked good, I’ve always had thorough, clean service.
