She explained the process clearly, paid attention to detail, and created a welcoming environment. The service was thorough, and I left feeling confident, cared for, and very happy with the results. Maya at the Pasadena location was AMAZING!! She did such a quick and perfect job. No need for tweezing. She got the job done quick and picked up on me not being in the mood to chit chat which I very much appreciated. She was fantastic in every way.

It’s the staff, but especially the assistant manager there. I remember her when she was just doing sugaring & she was my first impression of the place. So professional & friendly. Put me at ease instantly & made the whole experience so nice. I love going to my appointments especially when she’s doing the sugaring. I wish I could request her. But the whole staff there is great & I only go to Pasadena location.
