Well-trained employees applying airbrush tan. One request to management: Please stop making your employees ask, "How do you feel?" after a spray tan. It wasn't a massage. It isn't about how we feel afterward. We feel STICKY. And we smell like day-old bread. And we won't know if we're happy with the service until we wait 8-10 hours and see how it turned out. There is awkwardness on both sides every time they ask this.

While the 1/2 body spray tan didn’t stay on my lower legs - shin/calf areas - when I went back in, I was totally cared for and taken care of. It still didn’t stay on that well after 2nd pass - but I’d recommend S&B to my friends for sure! Kind and caring staff. Very professional. - Santa Monica

For me, it’s the convenience of being able to book fairly last minute (unless it’s Coachella or stagecoach time of the year!) and the organized, friendly and professional service. The clean and aesthetically pleasing decor is another positive! When it comes to the products i’m a big fan and loyal customer as well. They are easy to use and the color is consistent with the spray tan. No strong odors and any product residue washes out easily! And finally, i love that no matter what city you visit, if there is a Sugar and Bronzed (love the nationwide expansion!), the services, products and look/feel of the studio will be the same as your home location. Very comforting and reassuring when you travel often!
