I love the friendliness and experience of my sugaring gal. I am frustrated that I have 6 rollovers and you won't us them towards my other services and that I had to do another membership. There is no way I can make up 6 rollovers. If I can use them for the next 2-3 months instead of having to add them that makes sense. This is not a good client friendly buisness practice. We had fires in the area that prevented traveling to the location.
