It was very painful and it would be nice if numbing cream was provided if clients are willing to show up the hour prior, needed for it to work. I feel like that specifically would make me want to come back to get this done. This was my first time and it was incredibly painful and I’m not entirely sure if I want to go through that again. However, the person that did my waxing was absolutely lovely. In a weird way it felt like therapy and she was great at keeping a conversation so that way I could talk through the pain. Honestly, the conversation was the best part about my services because she kept me calm and she was so professional. She gave me a towel to use other stressful, and that was the biggest helper of everything. It would be nice if the beds had some sort of a headrest because it’s a little awkward to be staring at the ceiling the entire time. The location was absolutely beautiful however, every time I tried to call, I couldn’t get a single person to answer the phone. When I walked in, everyone seems to be a receptionist that’s also a waxer depending on who’s available at that time is what I gathered. The first person I spoke to she didn’t really seem to care that I was there and I was really nervous for it being my first time and I wanted to talk in detail about what I was to expect and she couldn’t be bothered to give me the conversation I was looking for. Once the person came out to be my waxer, she was great and answered all of my questions. I’m not entirely sure if there’s a dedicated receptionist, but if there’s not, it would be nice if there was. I think the membership is really cool because after the gratuity tip, it equals out to be the normal price of what a service would be without a membership I’m still debating if I want to join I’m just not entirely sure if the pain is worth it for me I’ve done laser hair removal and that was much easier and way less painful. Overall, I had a wonderful first time experience, even though I was really nervous. I’m not entirely sure the name of my waxer but if I could give her the biggest review and recommendation for everyone, I would say she deserves a raise and should be a teacher on how to talk to clients because she was absolutely amazing. She should consider a career in therapy because she was a natural at talking.
