Melissa was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. While the location was very busy, I was taken back on time, and checked in with multiple times while waiting to make sure that I had been helped. Service was efficient and very thorough, likely the best Brazilian result I have had. Pricing with the membership is very reasonable for the area, and with the quality of the service, cleanliness of the salon, and ease of scheduling, I am happy to pay slightly more than I may at other places in the area.
