The staff is always so kind and welcoming, it’s so easy to make appointments via phone or text and I love all the services offered. The environment is clean and calming too! The staff always goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy with the final product of whatever service you are getting as well as confidently answering any questions you may have. Everything is great - customer service, products, etc. I do wish you’d provide security for your employees and patrons in the evenings, however. I came to the studio city location one evening for services and did not feel safe (and I live nearby) walking back to my car.

I love the convenience of S and B and the techs are always very nice. Usually I have a great experience but this time I was convinced to try a level 2, instead of my usual level 1. I was worried since I'm so pale that level 2 would be too dark and cause extreme patchiness wherever it is lighter and once it fades, even if I washed it off early, like they suggested. Unfortunately it was too dark and does not look good.

It’s not sugared and bronzed, it’s specifically Morgan at the studio city location who is so brilliant and the reason I would recommend sugared and bronzed to friends and family. She has been sugaring me for three years and she is the reason I have a membership and continue to come back month after month, year after year. She’s kind, gentle and I’m so grateful for her!

I love the aestheticians there! Hannah! Brianna, Savannah . I was there on Friday the first and Brianna did my sugaring and it was amazing. She’s great very talented. Very nice very professional very sweet very friendly and Hana did my spray tan. It was beautiful perfect. It looks great. I love it. she’s amazing and yeah, I will keep coming back. They do a terrific job.
