The staff is absolutely the best. I hadn’t been back in a while but there was Cecilia and other familiar faces to greet me. That says a lot about a culture- with turn over so high. Picked up a bunch of products I used all the time. It’s a happy experience always. Great job. ❤️

I received a spray tan from Jackie, who was incredibly kind and professional—and did mention there could be a slight green tint after getting my spay tan and rinsing it off. I’m unfortunately experiencing a green discoloration that has not faded, even after showering twice with soap. I am leaving for a trip tomorrow and I now have a green stain all over my skin that will not wash off. I have photos of the discoloration, however they are quite revealing and I would prefer not to send over email. I am a loyal customer at sugar and bronzed, while this was my first time trying this level, I did not expect the result to be so disappointing. Given the circumstances, I would really appreciate a refund for this service. Thank you in advance for your help, and I look forward to your response.

Great staff. Fast efficient clean experience. Loved texting to schedule. Only small complaint is my color disappeared after one day about 50% even after leaving the initial treatment on for over 15 hours. Maybe I should request more layers next time.

I absolutely love how friendly everyone is. All the women make me feel so comfortable and at ease whenever I arrive! They have even sold me on the exfoliation soap and the jojoba oil! 10/10 for both products and a great addition to have
