I usually have a great experience at S+B but my most recent experience was not great. The sugarista working was running 10 minutes late whereas usually the appointments are prompt. Additionally, it was her first day working on her own after training and the sugaring hurt. She didn’t change the sugar until I asked her too when it was extremely sticky. She was very nice, but I don’t think she was ready to be sugaring on her own.
