Your sugarers are nice, personable, and thorough. I always leave pleased with the service and results. One piece of feedback though: I recently visited the Chelsea and Union Square locations and notice that the sugar is much warmer, which led to a more comfortable sugaring experience. I think Tribeca should check out the settings are the warmers to make sure that they’re on the same temp as other locations.
