I have been a customer for approximately 10 years, and my experience has consistently been positive. The staff provides prompt service, and I truly appreciate that my appointments begin on time without unnecessary waiting. One of the conveniences I value most is the complimentary parking validation. With so many coffee shops, cafés, and other businesses in the area, parking can be difficult to find and expensive, so this is a thoughtful benefit that makes each visit much more convenient. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. It is evident that they take pride in providing a comfortable environment for their clients. I also appreciate their approach to memberships and retail products. They may mention them once during my visit, but after I politely decline, there is no pressure or aggressive sales pitch. That level of professionalism allows me to enjoy the service without feeling uncomfortable. I also appreciate the convenience of scheduling appointments via text message. The staff responds promptly, making it easy to book or make changes without having to call or going on the website.

McKenna was lovely and kind. She made the experience (which is painful) as easy as it could be, as it had been about 6 -7 weeks since my last service. She has a nice technique and a way with people. She also didn't try to upsell, or push any other services. She's a gem!
