My esthetician, McKenna, was great! She made me feel very comfortable my first time doing sugaring. She explained the aftercare as well and promoted the cost saving benefits of the membership, which I signed up for! I’m excited to go back for another service and hope to see McKenna again. Typically when you go to a chain, you don’t expect excellent service. I really feel that Sugared + Bronzed’s set up and estheticians are top tier. The studio is so cute, clean, and comfortable. I will definitely be going back for sugaring and other services. Also, can I just say that free parking in LA for during your service = AMAZING.

I LOVE THAT THE WEST THIRD LOCATION IS UNIONIZING!!!! glad a company is willing to bargain with employees to make sure they are paid fairly. I usually visit the Silverlake location (I live there) but this location is close to my work. Since this store is unionizing I want to support it. Thanks!

I like the speed, I like that no matter whom I work with my quality of service is exactly the same. It’s great that there’s technical support and lots of reminders to make sure that I get to my appointment on time. I’ve been too many locations crossing United States and they’re always so clean and tidy!
