ashley, one of your technicians, was *incredible*. she’s the person who helped me, from beginning to end, and i honestly haven’t had such a wonderful experience as a customer in…i don’t know how long. i felt so apprehensive - i have very pale skin, and i was full of regret for even making an appointment. but my birthday’s coming up, so i wanted to try it out. ashley is a consummate professional. genuinely and actually warm, she walked me through every single step with clarity and understanding. she didn't show a hint of impatience with my questions. at the end, she wrote me notes, told me to call her if i needed anything or had any more questions, and reassured me yet again. i got home, rinsed off after a few hours (as prescribed), and i have the perfect glow she promised i’d have. so happy with my experience!
