I thought that the two fellas that where in the shop(younger guy with glasses and the other older chap with a cap on the 23/4/24) had brilliant product knowledge, helped me by giving me lots of options with no obligation or pressure and advised me on sizes of frame and functional set ups really well without making me feel stupid because I didn’t know much about the bikes and brand as it’s been 15 years since I last rode properly and a lot has changed in that time.
Liked that they sent me a quote straight away and felt no pressure to complete the purchase straight away so went home and came back in the morning to put a deposit and order the bike and add a few other bits to the order at the same time.
Quickly found my quote and ordering took 5 minutes on my return the following day!
Also the shop was lovely and clean and tidy and not over stocked! (I know this is a bit trivial but looks and feels like a shop that is very well cared for and makes spending a couple of grand on a bike a nicer experience.)
Nice one
I had a great bike fit with Jim. He was very knowledgeable and had to make many adjustments to set the bike up correctly for me. Looking forward to far more comfortable rides.
I had a Precision Bike fit with Jim and cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone considering this service.
Jim was exceptionally thorough and ensured that he gained as much personal information about me and my history as possible before setting up my "new to me" TT bike. I felt comfortable throughout and the changes made to my shoes, cleats and the bike itself were noticeable immediately and I have no doubt will benefit me in the long term when completing the training for my future Ironman long distance triathlon.
In stock, no deposit needed for fast quality build and pick up.
Great shop and layout.
If I could add anything it would be that when selling a children’s bike, to go the extra mile with them explaining how to get on and off safely, and change gears etc. This focus on them, makes them feel special and buys the bank of mum and dad…
