I always feel in capable, pragmatic hands and trust the considered advice being given. Treatment options for a faulty rim were conveyed clearly and a new wheel built. Overall a very happy customer.

A great cycle shop with a huge range of bikes and accessories, but it is their customer service that sets them apart. Several members from the Aberystwyth store helped me with technical details about a wheel I wanted to buy, and shipped it to me quickly, followed up to let me know it was on its way etc. This sort of excellent service is what makes a good bike shop like this so much better than the online only places and those that don't answer the phone.
