I bought a pair of brake pads and Gareth took the time to give me some fitting advice plus a leaflet on the correct way to "Bed In" brakes. Electric biking is a big part of our lives and it's good to know I can deal with some of the essential maintenance.

Absolutely fantastic bike shop\! The shop is beautifully laid out and incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need\. The staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of service was exceptional from start to finish\. It’s refreshing to find a bike shop where you feel valued as a customer and know you’re getting honest, expert advice. **Couldn’t recommend them highly enough — easily one of the best bike shop experiences I’ve ever had. 🚴‍♂️👏**

Very professional and knowledgeable , I needed much guidance in my decision of which bike to purchase and found it from Summit staff. Ive also needed to get in touch post-sale and found Jim , very helpful . This is a very reassuring aspect of my dealings with Summit. I came to Summit Cycles with a broken gear cable and rear hanger issue, whilst in the area on holiday. At 1430h on a very busy August Saturday, they took the bike in to fix it and had it complete before they closed at 1700h. Not only that, they managed to salvage and fix some of the broken parts, rather than just replace them and charge for new. This meant the bill was probably half what it could have been. The team at Summit run their business with integrity, professionalism and a kind, will do anything they can to help, attitude. I highly recommend them.
