Knowledgeable but not pushy. Patient with set up of new bike - provided a lot of relevant info. Great contact by email. Changed my seat and reduced width of handle bars free of charge. Free service in 3-6 months for new bike. All in all very impressed with the level of care provided.

Booked two bikes in for service and repair and both bikes were serviced and repaired quickly and to a high standard. Turnaround was also very quick and I had both bikes back within a couple of days .
