The customer service was fantastic with Summit cycles. After explaining what I was looking for, I was recommended the best bike for my needs, and everything was explained regarding how the bike worked and how to maintain. The price was competitive and extras were thrown in free. Also fitting the bike, thorough check and even taken to my car. The staff are friendly and seem to care that you get the right bike for you. I also felt that supporting a small local business like this was really appreciated. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended.

My bicycle wheel was ready to collect at the time agreed. The only improvement that I would like to suggest is that VAT is included when quoting the cost for a customer.
