Excellent all round. The service was efficient and friendly; the hire bikes were of very good quality; the price was reasonable; the parking was convenient; and the location and mountain biking courses were first rate. An absolutely brilliant day out.

I initially emailed querying the Nike size available for hire, I had a very speedy and informative response. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful, they ensured that my child was able to ride the bike, adjust the seat and the gear levers. The booking, collection and return of the bike hire was super efficient. Great team

We had a large group of people wanting to hire bikes. I spoke to the bike hire company a few times before creating our booking online. The staff members were so helpful, both on the phone and on arrival, and very helpful and accommodating.

Bike Hire was excellent with tip e-bikes available along with Helmets. The trails were excellent, recommend the Blue Trail for all ages (bikers)

We had a family mountain bike lesson. Al was very knowledgeable and able to tailor the ride to meet our family at the level we were at. He gave us all skills we will use into the future. The ride was fun and the scenery was beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Good quality bikes. Helpfull staff & paying attention to safety Very nice area, well maintained and signs to ensure you can follow the right tracks. And a lot of good rides and places for hiking

The bike provided was very good. Technicaly and sizewise. I had a very good day at the tracks on the bike. Pick-up and return was super simple, just great!

The bike hire centre at Coed-y Brenin is well staffed with knowageable bike people. The shop is stocked with a great range of clothing and accessories. There were plenty of Trek and specialised eMTBs to hire and as a 6'6" person, the Trek Rail+ size XL was perfect for me. The staff were really helpful in helping me chose an eMTB to buy with no pressure to purchase. Oh and finally, the trails at Coed-y Brenin are just awesome. Just a shame that the visitor centre and cafe is inexplicably closed at the moment but that is seperate from the bike hire centre. I can fuly recommend Beics Brenin and can't wait to return.
