We had a fantastic time mountain biking. The bikes were well serviced and the track was great fun with spectacular views.

Assured we're all very friendly and helpful but you could tell they were all unhappy about the loss of funding for the adjacent cafe facilities.

A good range of mountain bike options including e bikes. Hire prices aren’t the cheapest I have seen but the bikes were pretty new and well maintained and staff were knowledgeable, helpful and good the deal with. The mechanic set the bikes up well for us and gave good advice to 2 members of the group who were novice riders. Helmets and a spares pack were included. We had a great day despite some torrential rain. All in all a good experience.

The bikes were of very good quality and my husband and children had a brilliant time exploring the many different trails. We need to return to explore more as the trails are vast. The people who we hired the bikes from were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Love the concept of the bike library - brilliant idea. The actual feel of the shop is lovely, everyone is so friendly, helpful and most of all professional and knowledgeable about bikes - great set up.

Good bikes, properly maintained. Great trails! Good infrastructure (with Toilets, benches). We were really excited about the skills area and the loop concept in the trails, big plus!! One point to improve: Mixed experience regarding (Unconscious) gender bias. We are experienced riders. On bike handover, my girlfriend was given an complete introduction as if she had never sat on a Mountain bike. In contrast, no introduction was given to me. Later she noticed that the bike and the frame size was too small. She went back to the counter. She was first asked if she adjusted the seat post. Of course she had already. She didn't feel taken seriously in that moment. I guess you see people with every experience level possible in your site, from absolute beginner to Pro. Why not ask for the experiences of your customer instead of making assumptions? Because: We came back another day and had another employee at the bike handover. And he just did exactly that: He asked my girlfriend if she sat on a mountain bike already. She felt taken seriously and respected and that Was really good.

The bike hire was great. Although help to ensure they were adjusted correctly (seat height for example) would have made the service even better
