Perfect emtb rental - makes a massive difference taking on the trails. I already recommend the center to friends visiting that don't have their own emtb to bring along. The bikes are rentals, they have knocks and scratches as you'd expect, but worked perfectly. The guys set us up with basic tweaks for seat height before we set off - they're trustable and friendly.

Easy to book a hire bike online. Very fast and informative chat on arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. The bike was great for the Beast! I'm a returning customer, would use their service again, and highly recommend to others.

Quality hire bikes (hard tail mtb), friendly and helpful staff. The trails cover lovely scenic terrain, just a pity that funding for the excellent cafe and info centre has been withdrawn. The car park was very busy when we left around midday. I was sure that in the past the berms on blue loop 1 were properly maintained and made for an excellent section whereas the exposed rocks that remain are not ideal for young riders of which there were 3 in our party. Good idea to create gravel trails, the latest buzz in cycling but I come for the mtb experience.

Such great service and technical knowhow! I had a complete brake failure, on a bank holiday weekend, and Jim was able to help me order the right part, and somehow managed to replace the break, including integrated cabling in the blink of an eye!!

Popped into see Jim and enquire about an xl rear brake squealing like a banshee after I had ridden that morning.Amazingly my emergency was repaired quickly and I was offered several options from the parts store and an excellent conversation with Jim .His efforts got me back riding within the hour.
