I've always had good experiences here but this last time took the cake.
I've recently been in a lot of lower back pain and had a doctor's order from my neurologist for an MRI scan. Neither he nor my PCP would file for insurance approval, both saying it was the other's job. Sunview agreed to file, got quick approval, and then made a quick appointment. I had the scan at noon and was very surprised the next morning to get a note that my results were available on the portal. They showed that my cancer in L4 was spreading and thus allowed me to quickly contact my physicians for prompt action.
It's not fun to be bounced around by providers, especially when in excruciating pain.
I had a Saturday appointment. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was to check in, and how short the wait time. As usual, once I was brought into the imaging room, support, compassion, and direction was impeccable.
I arrived early and was checked in very quickly. The young technician was very friendly and performed the ultrasound in a very positive and efficient manner.
The service was friendly, and the staff was very efficient. The imaging technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. I was put at ease and was very comfortable during the entire visit.
