It was a quick and easy check-in process. I arrived about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and wad taken very quickly. Just a very short wait. My one complaint would be that someone was supposed to call me the day before my appointment to inform me of my patient responsibility amount. That never happened. I even tried calling the afternoon before my appointment and nobody could tell me that information. I finally had to call central billing and they were able to give me my patient responsibility amount. Not sure who (or what dept.) was supposed to call me, but someone at Sun View should look into this issue.
