Very responsive to repairing my son's bike for all the issues it was having. Great job repairing his bike. Lastly, great turn around time for the repair. Originally, the service person said it would be longer, when in actuality it was fairly quick as most parts were in stock.

The team that’s works there keep me safe and sound on my bike and with my gear. They’re always looking out for me. With the Suncoast Trail, so close by less than a mile the location is perfect. I can’t say enough about the guys that worked there. They’re always giving me good advice. I highly recommend this bike shop.

We have utilized Trek Land O Lakes several times now for repairs on my son‘s bike. They are always friendly, professional, and very prompt in diagnosing and fixing the issue. On our last visit, they were able to fix his tires while we waited. Always a pleasure dealing with anyone at the store!

Bike rental is an ideal activity for anyone in town briefly, and staying at a nearby hotel. Great quality bikes, and great service (Jacqueline). Explore the area, get some exercise, and save on taxis. Lock and helmet included in 24-hour rental fee. It was a most enjoyable part of my visit.

Always professional and attentive. Most of my trips to the store are acute. Whether it be a popped tire, broken shifter, or a quick accessory pick, they always get it done quickly. Pricing is fair and they have a great selection.
