The guy who helped me, manager of the store was incredibly knowledgeable on all the models. He was easily able to make a recommendation after I talked about what I wanted to do with the bike. Went above and beyond to get me a bike in my size that was sold out everywhere around the general Tampa area. Would highly recommend and will be back for another bike for my wife soon.

I like the fact that I was able to bring my trek bike in and get it fixed on the spot. It wasn't a difficult fix, but there aren't many places that will do that from my experience. Also, the gentleman and staff were super friendly and made the experience all that much better! Highly recommend visiting this location if you want great service and a friendly experience!

My daughter has an electric bike she rides everyday for transportation. We have used Trek for 2 emergencies she has had with her tires. The staff has been amazing and very helpful. Its a plus their location is close to us. As long as she has a bike we will continue to use their services. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took my rather old Madone in for brake repair. I was told I could pick my bike up in 2 days which I was ok with. I got home and shortly thereafter was given a call saying my bike was ready. The brakes are now better than when the bike was new. Thanks to Jacob, Keith and all the other technicians for a job well done.
