Every interaction I have had with the staff from the original purchase to the yearly maint of my two bikes has been excellent. Everyone is friendly and professional. When we brought our 2 bikes in for maintenance the staff communicated with me on a regular basis as to the status of the bikes and were very accommodating along the way. Joe was especially helpful with this, very professional and cool guy.
