We have 2 Trek Verve3+ e-bikes. One was experiencing a shiny or wobble when holding the handlebar loosely. The other one has a problem with brake squealing. We stopped by the Trek store to see about possible repairs. The bike mechanic listened carefully to our explanation of the problems and said "bring in the bikes" so we did. He stopped what he was working on and examined both bikes. He performed some checks, did some adjusting and showed us some things that needed attention. He successfully stopped the wobble on the one bike and put something on the brake discs to reduce the squealing. Unbelievably good customer service!! The last time I visited this shop the technicians were also excellent so I am pretty sure they're this good all the time!!
