I felt a sense of respect the two times I’ve come to Trek. The personnel both times were courteous and serviced my electric bike in a reasonable amount of time. The charges were also reasonable. It was welcome to be treated with respect without a feeling of being pressured into purchasing other services or products.

Trek Land O’ Lakes is fantastic! The service here is impressively fast without ever sacrificing quality. The team clearly knows their stuff and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. On top of that, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency, expertise, and such genuine customer care. The staff, Keith, I believe, was awesome! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! He gave me a very informative run down of how everything on the bike worked and demonstrated the shifters so that I had an easy time using that type for the first time. He also made sure the tires were topped off to the correct pressure for me. The bike I rented, Trek Domane, was great and I enjoyed riding it immensely! I also really liked the helmet I was given to use…very comfortable and a great fit.

I had an excellent experience with Trek! My daughter’s Segway Ninebot E-Scooter had a flat tire, and they took care of it quickly and professionally. Staff and Team are friendly, knowledgeable, and driven. They took my old Trek bike from me as soon as I rolled it in the door to assess it. Within a couple minutes, they established a plan and all the repairs that were needed. Bike was ready and work was completed in less than 48hr.
